My name is Pradeep Udayanga, and I live in Gallella, Ratnapura District, Sri Lanka. Recently, heavy rains caused a dangerous earth slip right next to my home, making the land unstable and unsafe.

As shown in the photos, a large section of soil has collapsed. Every time it rains, more earth falls away. The small water channel near my land has loosened the soil, and now my house is at serious risk of damage.

I cannot afford the repairs needed to stabilize the slope. Engineers advised that I need to build a retaining wall / gabion wall, install proper drainage, and reinforce the area to prevent further collapse.

This work is expensive, and I am unable to pay for it on my own.
I am humbly asking for your support to protect my home and keep my family safe.
