Sandra is being refused rent in Lebanon because she is Shia but has a male passport. She had a studio in Dahyeh but her building was destroyed by israel's bombs. In safe (Christian) areas, the landlords who will accept her demand several months of rent in advance which she does not have. Her family disowned her and she is alone, moving between friends who themselves have unstable situations in a constantly escalating dangerous warzone.
