I am currently going through an extremely difficult and helpless time in my life. I am struggling to provide even the most basic necessities like food and water for my family. My mother is suffering from a serious heart condition and urgently needs medication. On top of that, I need to pay for my son's education and ensure that we have not enough to food to eat.
