Dear Kind-Hearted People Around the World,
My name is Charuni, and I am from Sri Lanka. I am writing this with hope in my heart as I prepare to welcome my precious baby into this world.
Every mother dreams of giving her child a safe and comfortable home. My dream is simple: to provide my baby with a secure place to grow, surrounded by love, warmth, and happiness.
Unfortunately, my husband and I are facing financial difficulties. We currently live in a mud house on our own land. My husband works hard as a carpenter to support our family, but despite his efforts, our income is not enough to build a safe home and prepare everything our baby will need.
As a mother-to-be, I worry about the environment in which my little one will grow up. I want my baby to have a clean, secure home where we can live peacefully as a family.
Our Dream and Our Goal 🏡
We hope to raise LKR 1,500,000 (approximately USD 5,000, depending on the exchange rate) to help us build a modest and safe home on our own land and purchase essential items for our newborn baby.
The donations will be used for the following purposes:
🏠 Building a Safe Home: Purchasing essential building materials and covering basic construction costs to create a safer living environment for our family.
👶 Baby Essentials: Purchasing newborn clothes, diapers, blankets, a baby cot, and other necessary items to care for our little one.
🍼 Preparing for Our Baby: Making sure we have the basic necessities to welcome our baby into a safe and loving environment.
Every contribution, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to our dream.
We understand that many people around the world have their own responsibilities and challenges. We are not asking for luxury. We are simply asking for a little kindness and support to help us provide a better and safer future for our child.
My husband continues to work hard for our family, and I am doing everything I can to prepare for our baby's arrival. However, we cannot achieve this dream alone.
