I lost my home during the war and my job as a teacher. I find myself unable to provide shelter for my three children, as I have been displaced for 15 months with no place to call home. I am also responsible for supporting my family of 12 members, including my elderly parents who suffer from chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.
During the war, my father had his leg amputated due to diabetic foot complications and the lack of proper medical care. My mother now suffers from severe respiratory issues caused by cooking on wood fires.
