My name is Timothy, and I am reaching out with humility and hope to ask for help during one of the most difficult periods of my life.
I am currently suffering from lumbar spine straightening combined with a neuromuscular disorder. This condition has significantly affected my posture, balance, muscle control, and daily functioning. Simple activities such as walking, standing, and maintaining stability have become very challenging, and I experience constant discomfort, weakness, and involuntary muscle movements.

Due to this condition, my quality of life has greatly reduced. I require medical evaluation, physiotherapy, diagnostic tests, supportive devices, and ongoing treatment, but the cost of proper care is far beyond what I can afford on my own.
