CIEL association is an NGO established in 2008 that provides therapeutic, vocational, and educational services for children with special needs.
As a result of the devastating war, CIEL has been providing food, clothes, and other amenities to people with special needs who have been displaced in Beirut, and we have also extended our help to displaced persons without special needs, mainly in homes.
With your help and donations, we can continue providing services for these displaced individuals, with a focus on people with special needs.
