Dear friends and kind-hearted people,
Nine months ago, my father was rushed to the hospital because of difficulty breathing and complications caused by Type 2 diabetes. Our family struggled financially, but through God's grace and the generosity of many people, we were able to cover his hospital expenses and bring him home.

We hoped that with proper medication and treatment, his condition would improve. Unfortunately, his health continued to decline. Despite taking numerous medications, his body seemed unable to recover. Over time, he began forgetting recent events and simple daily activities. He would often become frustrated and emotional when he could not remember things, causing him great stress and sadness.

Three months ago, we brought him back to the hospital for further examination. There, we received heartbreaking news: he was diagnosed with kidney failure, along with other serious complications.

Today, my father can no longer stand, walk, sit, or eat on his own. He requires constant assistance with even the simplest tasks. Most days, he remains quiet and withdrawn, often staring into space. Sometimes he cries because he is exhausted from his condition and the challenges he faces every day.

As a father, he worries deeply about our family. He still wants to work and provide for us, especially because my younger brother will soon be starting college. It breaks our hearts to see him struggle with the reality that he can no longer do the things he once could.

We continue to encourage him not to lose hope. We remind him every day that he is loved and that his family will remain by his side through this difficult journey.
