I am very poor. The salary I get from my job isn't enough for me to live on. On some days, after returning from treating patients, I go to sleep hungry_fearing that I won't have enough money to cover the costs of treating other patients. I live in a rented house : by the time I pay the rent and the electricity and water bills, there is hardly any money left. I need your help to buy a home of my own and live happily.
