I am Yasmine, 23 years old. I live with my mother and father. My mother is 60 years old and my father is 65. We live in a torn, worn-out nylon and cloth tent. In the winter, water falls on us from everywhere and we cannot sleep or sit in it. We also cannot find water or food because my father is an old man who cannot work. We ask for food and water from the people around us, some of whom help us and many like us do not find anything to give us because there is no type of food or drink, and even if they find it, they cannot buy it because of the crazy high prices. We were displaced from our camp in Gaza after the house was bombed and razed to the ground, and with it all my dreams and ambitions were bombed. We were displaced with only the clothes that covered our bodies. We had nothing left, no clothes, no blankets, no shoes. We fled in fear of death after our house was bombed and the occupation army asked us to head south to safe areas where there is no safety, no water, no food, and no necessities of life. On top of that, my father suffers from asthma, gout, and high blood pressure and needs… There is a lot of medicine and we cannot buy it. Please help me to save my family and stay alive.
