I'm Mohamed Hamdan from the Gaza Strip. I am 30 years old and have spent my life working to establish myself, build my home, and create a family. I have two children named and
One morning, we woke up to the sound of shelling, and suddenly, war broke out in Gaza. We tried to stay in northern Gaza, but our lives were in danger. My home was bombed, and my car was destroyed. I lost my job and had to flee my home for the first time to my uncle's place in northern Gaza. However, due to the intense shelling and the fear for my children, my wife, and my siblings, the army ordered us to leave the north and head south. My family and I escaped from northern Gaza to the south on foot, covering nearly 20 kilometers.

We finally reached the south, but during our displacement, the army killed many women, children, and elderly. Yet, there is no safe place in Gaza. We stayed in the home of a relative in the south, but we found many other relatives who had fled the shelling, and we were a large group sleeping close together, sharing the same bathroom. Each morning, we woke up searching for food, water, and medicine for my daughter, who was born just a month before the war.

I want to share that my father was martyred in the 2014 war, and my mother, who is 64 years old, cannot move between tents daily as she suffers from heart disease and joint issues, and there is no treatment available for her.

In December 2023, the house we had fled to was bombed, and my wife sustained severe injuries. I was rescued from under the rubble along with my children and my mother. My niece was martyred, along with many of my relatives. We were quickly taken to the hospital for initial treatment, but my wife needs further care and medication that is unavailable in Gaza and is costly.

After my wife's injury, we moved to another place and are now living in a tent in Khan Younis. In July 2024, while in the tent, a nearby tent was bombed, injuring my son in the head and my mother in her hand. They both need medical treatment and medication.

We are currently living in a very worn-out tent. Please help me keep my children, mother, and wife alive. I beg you to assist us in providing food, medicine, and milk for my daughter.
