Julie is a little 3 years old girl suffering from a syndrome called Dandy-Walker that forbids her from moving and growing like any other normal kid. Julie suffers from other health problems too which steals a big part of her happiness. Julie needs your help to attend her 40k dollars surgery and treatment that her parents can't afford.
