Amlieh school was the first to open its door in Beirut for the refugees coming from the south and other regions of Lebanon. It now hosts around 600 persons with many children under 6 years old and some elderly.
The Amlieh Scouts are at the forefront of leading the efforts for logistics, management and support. They service the population in need at Amlieh who requires drinking water, food, fuel for the generator, cleaning products, water in tankers.
