After a car accident from a year ago, I injured my spinal cord at the vertebrae L1 in which I got paralized and cant walk anymore. After 2 months from the accident, improvements started to appear in terms of sensation in the legs, a slightly movement in the exercises and few more. I must have treatment in an advanced rehabilitation center hoping that I'll get the best treatment for my case and to stand up on my legs again. Its really been a tough days not knowing what to do and how everything you dreamed about one day you hardly make it a memory.
