LETTER OF REQUESTING MERCY from any kind person or Charity Services,

Dear Sir, Madam

I am Bandula Kumara Kodituwakku Jayasekara, 49 years old person from Sri Lanka, Came and work in Dubai year 2000 work for few Different 5 Star hotels.
However In 2014 with the opportunities had given by Dubai government I started my own business in 2014 and manage to do it well till 2019,
However due to business challenges during pandemic/Corona I was not able to overcome with and continuously started to lose all my business and money about 1 Million dhs money,

To be honest Dear Sir/Madam, I am father of 2 children and I have to look after my mother, my wife and 2 children, father and mother of my wife and all where depending on my income and from 2020 I was having lots of financial issue to pay also my debits and due to lack of income and was ended up in the jail and my father was even pass away when I am in the jail was not an easy sadness in my life not to see him in his last and till Now I was not able to go to my country almost 7 years, My mother is 82 years old now and her ambition is to see me again in her life time and I pray and expecting it will be possible soon,

However I try to do by myself Without seeking any help and support from any one during last 6 years and it was not easy until now, Therefor I am in very Critical Situation now to find Urgently About 25000/Dhs to overcome this Critical Situation again as I don’t have any money left for even buying my daily meal, or to sleep in a place,
Therefore I will be humbly appreciate your kindness and I even note down my collection and will be back to return after sometime if I may get urgent help from my friends, People I know or from any Charity Services, Even your small share will be forever thankful and hope I will be able to overcome with my Critical situation as soon as possible with kind and blessing people from Dubai.UAE


Bit about My Incident.
Year 2021/2022 I renew my Trade license and spend almost 30000/dhs also to renew my visa and unfortunately it’s also rejected and didn’t get my visa approved my EID Card, But this money I sold my land and house was in srilanka and brought to Dubai and try to continue the business and paid most of my liabilities and has no fortune and lost them all again,

Then I went to the police stations and inquire about how to get cleared my casess,But unfortunately from Police station I ended up in the jail, once they realest me and come out I was almost lost all my business as no one was there to look after or help my absences,

Therefore after lots of suffering for few years again I thought of leave the business and find a work /job with the blessings of amnesty and Help of my friends, luckily I found Job Offer from company and they apply the visa for me and I got E visa already approved and then the company asked me to go to medical and EID, and I finish everything including visa stamp, however it’s again got rejected and I went to inquire from Tashil and told me go to bur Dubai immigration, I went there and they told me I must go to airport immigration,
So I went to airport immigration and they told me to go to police general headquarters, But honestly Sir/Madam I was scared as I was taken to jail before and to go as I was having fear not knowing what to do as no one is there to help me or assist me with no money remains and I still have to pay about 95000/dhs remains,

So During last 6 month I am in very bad situation and I am too much worried about me, My family and children also as its effecting lot for even my children’s educations and daily life, Therefor I am humbly requesting to find Support advise, Procedure or way to get my visa approved and allow me to work with the company and pay off the remaining liabilities and get my Travel Band Remove to go and visit my family and my Mother and come back,

There for in the name of God and faith I thought of writing this letter to any kind person can help me to overcome with my critical situation to get my passport release from the Court if possible and any charity service or any kind person/People can consider my situation and help me out for the mercy In the Name OF GOD will be grateful and Thanking with Deep bottom of my heart.
