Rosy is a filmmaker and a professional musician. She believes in human growth through art. Her project is bringing music and other arts education to people who can't afford it. With the support of a group of other professionals, Rosy was able to conduct a pilote for her project during a very limited time. Believing in the importance of the project and crossing fingers to be able to conduct a full program now.
