The walls, roof and internal fittings of the house have been destroyed due to this flood, and the house is currently in an uninhabitable condition. Due to our weak economic situation, we have not been able to obtain the financial and material assistance required to repair this house on our own.

Accordingly, I humbly request your kind attention to provide us with any assistance (financial, building materials or other assistance) that can be provided to us under the flood disaster relief programs.

I am ready to submit photographs of the damage to the house, the Grama Niladhari report and other documents if necessary.
