I am Iresha Sewwandi, the mother of Sithum Sathsara, an 8-year-old boy who is fighting for his life. My son is suffering from a severe brain tumor, and despite undergoing two surgeries at Karapitiya Teaching Hospital, he still needs immediate radiation therapy to survive. The doctors have advised that without this treatment, his condition will worsen.
