₦800,000: 10L Oxygen concentrator with flowmeter
₦250,000: Solar inverter backup for 12-hour power outages
₦150,000: Staff training + 6 months maintenance

Impact: 30-40 patients treated monthly. Zero referrals for oxygen-dependent cases. Equipment lasts 5+ years.
