Digital technology has become essential for education, employment, communication, and access to services. However, many persons with visual impairments in Lebanon continue to face barriers that limit their ability to fully participate in the digital world.

EQUAL , a Lebanese organization founded in 2015 and committed to promoting inclusion, dignity, and equal opportunities for persons with disabilities, is launching a Digital Literacy Program for 10 persons with visual impairments.

Through this initiative, beneficiaries will receive accessible and adapted training in computer use, internet navigation, email communication, digital safety, and assistive technologies that enable greater independence.
