We are a Sudanese family of 10 who fled to Egypt because of the war. My brother and I suffer from Myasthenia Gravis, a chronic illness causing severe muscle weakness, and we urgently need a wheelchair to move around. Our parents have severe vision loss and need cataract surgeries to see again.

Our monthly income is only $100 (from our parents’ pension and my brother’s salary), which barely covers rent and basic living expenses. There is nothing left for medical treatments, surgeries, or a wheelchair.
