My friend's aunt Samaris in Cambodia and has suffered a cardiac arrest while visiting family. She is currently in a hospital in Phnom Penh and the family has already paid $10000 for treatment to ensure she is stabilized. She needs an emergency heart operation and to be moved to a hospital in Thailand.

The hospital refuses further treatment until they receive additional funds. The insurance companies are being unhelpful and won't cover it. The operation is an emergency and is needed as soon as possible.
