My precious little boy, sithija, is just 4 years old. At an age where he should be playing, smiling, and dreaming without a care in the world, he is instead spending his days in a hospital bed, battling leukemia – a devastating form of blood cancer.

His life changed overnight with this diagnosis. Since then, he has been going through painful treatments like chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and countless hospital visits. Some days, he doesn’t even have the strength to open his eyes. Watching his tiny body endure so much pain is the hardest thing we’ve ever faced as parents.
