My beloved grandmother is seriously ill and in urgent need of medical treatment and daily medicines to survive. Watching her suffer in pain breaks my heart every single day. Sadly, I do not have the financial ability to afford the treatment she desperately needs. My mother works very hard as a farm laborer, earning a small daily wage just to buy some of her medicines, but it is still not enough. My father has left us, and we are struggling to survive on our own. We are going through an extremely difficult time, both emotionally and financially.
