These dogs are in south lebanon rescued from war zone after being left behind. The one to the left was hit by a car and have a broken hip as shows frkm x rays and needs an urgent operation. It costs 650 usd as per the screenshot of chat with the vet. Please your help us needed. We can not afford as we are not working currently.
