💚 Save Quebradas: Where Life Wants to Return

In the mountains of Quebradas, Pérez Zeledón (Costa Rica), there lies a piece of land that was once a paradise.
Here, white-faced monkeys roamed freely, pumas watched from the heights, and the songs of birds filled the mornings.
Today, this place is wounded by deforestation, and its natural water springs —the soul of the forest— are in danger.

But there is still hope.
We want to bring life back to this land — to reforest it, to turn it into a natural refuge where the animals can return, where the water can flow pure again, and where people from all around the world can come to plant life with their own hands.

However, for now, we haven’t been able to make it green again, because all our efforts have gone toward paying for the land itself.
We have already invested $60,000 with hard work, faith, and sacrifice, but we still need $50,000 more to complete the purchase.

It’s becoming very difficult to keep up with the payments, and if we cannot finish paying, the current owner may take the property back.
That would mean losing not just land, but a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to save an ecosystem and create a wildlife refuge for generations to come.
