I am writing with deep respect and humility to request medical assistance, referral support, or financial help for my mother, who is currently suffering from a severe and life-threatening heart condition.

My mother is a 53-year-old woman who has been diagnosed with **rheumatic heart disease with severe mitral stenosis**, confirmed by a recent echocardiogram. Her medical findings include severe narrowing and calcification of the mitral valve, severe pulmonary hypertension (pulmonary artery systolic pressure approximately 85 mmHg), enlargement of the heart chambers, and mild pericardial effusion. Although her heart’s pumping function is still preserved, her condition is advanced and requires urgent definitive treatment.

She experiences significant symptoms, including shortness of breath, chest discomfort, fatigue, and reduced ability to carry out daily activities. Her doctors have explained that medications alone are not sufficient and that she will require a specialized cardiac intervention, most likely **mitral valve replacement surgery**, or an advanced catheter-based procedure if deemed suitable after further evaluation.

Unfortunately, due to our financial situation, we are unable to afford the cost of the required investigations, treatment, and possible surgery. This has caused significant emotional and financial distress for our family. Watching her live in pain and limitation has been heartbreaking, and we are doing everything possible to seek help so she can receive the care she urgently needs.
