Rising Together: Sri Lanka Flood Relief

In late November 2025, Cyclone Ditwah tore through Sri Lanka, unleashing relentless rain, floods, and landslides that devastated communities overnight. Over 355 precious lives have been lost, 366 people remain missing, and tens of thousands of families have seen their homes and belongings swept away. Rivers overflowed, bridges collapsed, roads were destroyed, and entire neighborhoods were submerged, leaving families stranded and desperate.

More than 180,000 people from over 51,000 families are now living in temporary shelters, many without food, clean water, or medical care. Children, the elderly, and the most vulnerable are facing unimaginable hardships.
