HOPE NEEDS URGENT SURGERY. ❤️‍🩹

Hope was shot in Kaftoun on September 12 and was found badly injured the following morning. X-rays revealed bullets lodged in his body, and his condition later progressed to paralysis.

He was stabilized and has been receiving ongoing veterinary care with Dr. Nazir Abboud, where his bill has already reached approximately $1,000.

With the support of Animals Lebanon, Hope was able to undergo a CT scan, blood tests and a specialist check-up in Beirut. They are also supporting the legal follow-up of his case.
Hope now urgently needs surgery with Dr. Roy Hassoun.
Surgery cost: $1,800
Deposit required before surgery: $1,100
Remaining after surgery: $700
This is in addition to the approximately $1,000 already accumulated for his stabilization and care with Dr. Nazir Abboud.

So we are already facing around $2,800 in medical costs, and this amount does not include rehabilitation, postoperative care or any additional treatment he may need afterward.
Right now, our most urgent priority is to secure the $1,100 deposit so Hope can proceed with surgery.
Hope has already survived so much. We do not want lack of funds to be what prevents him from receiving the treatment he still needs.
