My name is Thanuja, and I am from Colombo, Sri Lanka.

A serious spinal injury changed my life. Following the accident, I underwent major surgery during which doctors inserted four titanium screws to stabilize my spine. After a long period of treatment and recovery, I am grateful to have regained my mobility.

Although I have recovered, I have been advised to avoid heavy physical work. This has made it difficult for me to return to the type of employment I previously relied on for my livelihood.

Instead of depending on others, I want to rebuild my life by opening a small food stall that will serve healthy morning drinks, breakfast, lunch, tea, and evening snacks for the local community.

I am seeking USD 1,000 to purchase the basic equipment, kiosk setup, and initial stock needed to start this small business.

All medical records, X-rays, and supporting documents related to my injury and surgery have been provided for transparency.
