I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support in helping my father, Mr.Mohamed Alavudeen, who is bravely fighting end-stage kidney disease and urgently needs a life-saving kidney transplant.

My father has always been a pillar of strength in our family—hardworking, kind, and selfless. For the past 4 years, he has been battling chronic kidney failure. Despite his courage and determination, his condition has worsened, and his only hope for survival now lies in undergoing a kidney transplant.

The cost of the transplant, including pre-operative tests, surgery, hospital stay, medications, and post-operative care, is overwhelming for our family. We are doing everything we can, but we still face a significant financial gap. The estimated total cost is around $14500 in Sri Lanka, which we need to raise as soon as possible to proceed with the operation.
