In December 2024, I was diagnosed with a rare type of kidney cancer called Eosinophilic Cystic and Solid Renal Cell Carcinoma (ECS RCC), barely 3 years after I also lost my mum to cancer.

With no cure or standard method of treatment for this cancer, I’ve survived 4 rounds of surgery, lost my right kidney and some of my left kidney, and in June 2026, a mass was found in my jaw that had to be surgically removed.

After my second surgery in January 2026, I struggled with paralysis, urinary incontinence, loss of hearing in my right ear, drastic vision loss, and loss of kidney function.

In March 2026, my doctor recommended immunotherapy, which has since proved to be a great decision for my health. However, the cost of fighting a rare cancer in the United States has been a huge factor. Over $500k in medical debt, and I truly cannot continue this way. A single bag of infusion for immunotherapy costs $80,000. A single bag!

After much consideration, I decided to explore treatment in Asia, and after multiple rejections from hospitals overseas due to the rare nature of my cancer and fear that my hospital in the US is trying to dump me on them, two hospitals have decided to accept my case and continue treatment. While the cost is a lot less, I still do not have the means to go across the world for the medical care I need.

Please, I need your help. I refuse to give up on myself. I have so much life in me. I fight a good fight, and I am a worthy opponent!
