Hello, my name is Sona Colley, and I am reaching out with hope and humility to ask for support for my journey from The Gambia to the United Kingdom.
This trip represents an important step forward in my life. I am working toward better opportunities, personal growth, and a more stable future for myself and my child. Traveling to the UK will allow me to pursue opportunities that are currently not available to me locally and to build connections that can positively shape my future.
As a mother, every decision I make is guided by the desire to create a better life for my child. While I am doing everything I can on my own, the cost of travel including flights, accommodation, and basic travel expenses is more than I can manage alone at this time.
I am not asking for charity lightly. Any support you give no matter the amount will go directly toward my travel expenses and will bring me one step closer to achieving this goal. If you’re unable to donate, sharing my campaign with others would mean just as much.
