My name is Madawa, a 28-year-old graduate in Human Resource Management, currently living in Sri Lanka.

I am reaching out to seek support to build a permanent roof for our small house. Since 2013, we have been living under a temporary roof, which has become increasingly unsafe and risky, especially during the rainy season.

Due to the current economic crisis in Sri Lanka, my salary is not sufficient to cover the construction costs. A significant portion of my income goes towards repaying my university education loan.

My family situation is also challenging:
- My father, now over 63 years old, is no longer employed.
- My mother is a housewife suffering from diabetes, cholesterol, and other health issues.

I am humbly requesting your kind support or assistance to help us complete this essential part of our home — a safe and secure roof.
