On 2024/07/23, I had a spinal cord injury due to a fall from the stairs at home. Although I have returned home from the hospital, I am unable to walk and cannot work due to my disability. I am very helpless as I cannot afford to pay for my illness and I have three school-going children. Therefore, I respectfully request you to provide me with some assistance and support.
