To earn a living, he drives a rented three-wheeler, which is barely enough to cover daily expenses. Unfortunately, both of his kidneys are no longer functioning, and he must undergo blood transfusions every three days to survive.

Thankfully, a generous person has come forward to donate one of their kidneys. However, the cost of the kidney transplant surgery is around $7,000, which must be paid to the hospital. Since Namal is also responsible for the survival of his wife and two young daughters, he has no means to afford such a large sum on his own.
