I am a 50-year-old individual residing in Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. I have been suffering from a medical condition known as hernia, and my doctors have recommended surgery. However, they have also advised a mandatory rest period of at least six weeks after the procedure, which would prevent me from engaging in any work during that time.

At present, I rely solely on a three-wheeler (tuk-tuk) for my livelihood. Unfortunately, my vehicle has completely broken down and is no longer usable for daily work. This has left me without any source of income to support my family, provide food, or continue my children's education.

Due to my health condition and the lack of an income, I am currently in a very difficult and helpless situation. I am humbly seeking financial assistance to either repair or replace my three-wheeler, which will enable me to restart my work and support my family independently again.
