My name is Dora Wugah, and I’m trying to help my mom through a very difficult situation.

We currently live in a rented place, but our rent has recently increased from 300 cedis to 400 cedis, and it’s due next month. This has put us under serious financial pressure, and we’re struggling to keep up.

My mom has been working hard to build a small one-bedroom self-contained home so we can finally have something stable of our own. Unfortunately, the house is not yet finished. It still needs electrical work, a ceiling, and basic furnishings before we can move in.

Right now, we’re stuck in between unable to comfortably afford our current rent, and unable to move into the unfinished house. We’re at risk of losing our place before the new home is ready.

That’s why I’m asking for help.

The funds raised will go directly toward:

- Completing the electrical work
- Finishing the ceiling
- Getting basic furnishings so we can move in safely
