I am writing this with a heavy heart to seek your support for my beloved father, who is fighting a severe and deteriorating combination of neurological, cardiac, and general health conditions.
My father is a stroke survivor and has lived with heart disease and diabetes for years. He underwent heart surgery and had stents placed in his arteries to keep his heart functioning.
Since suffering a stroke, his health has deteriorated significantly. His movement has become extremely slow, his balance has been severely affected, and he has fallen multiple times.

Along with his motor difficulties, his condition has compounded rapidly:

*Neurological & Behavioral Impact: He is suffering from Delusion, Senile Dementia and severe behavioral changes. His ability to speak has deteriorated significantly.
*Sensory Loss: He has lost his ability to hear and is battling Glaucoma. At times, he has little or no control over his Urination and requires constant assistance and supervision.
*Internal Complications: He also experienced internal stomach bleeding, leading to severe weight loss and physical weakness. His overall physical condition has become very fragile.

His doctors have also warned us that he may be at risk of another stroke, which could be extremely serious.
We have tried our very best to keep him safe and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the prolonged medical expenses have now affected our savings very much. We have reached a point where we are struggling to continue providing him with the clinical care and treatment he requires.

We humbly request your help for us to continue his ongoing treatment and clinical management as well as an emergency fund. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference for my father and ease the overwhelming burden on our family.
