As an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) living just 1 KM away from recent explosions in Beirut, I have personally felt the deep emotional and psychological toll of the ongoing war. Many others in Lebanon, particularly HSPs, are struggling with heightened stress, anxiety, and trauma, as the intense noise, devastation, and uncertainty take an overwhelming toll on our already sensitive nervous systems.
This fundraiser is dedicated to providing support for myself and fellow HSPs in Lebanon who are uniquely affected by the conflict. The funds raised will go toward essential mental health services, safe spaces, and resources that can help us cope with the intense emotional and sensory challenges we're facing every day.
Your contribution, no matter how small, can help provide the relief we desperately need. Together, we can create a network of support that acknowledges the sensitivity of our experiences and aids in the healing process. Please join us in standing with Lebanon's HSP community during this difficult time.
Thank you for your compassion and generosity.
