We lost our home to war. Now we have nowhere to go.

I never imagined I would have to write something like this.

Our family has lost our home because of the war and bombing. The place where we lived, slept, cooked, made memories, and felt safe is no longer there. In a matter of moments, we lost something that took years to build.

Today, we are starting from nothing.

We are raising money to help our family find and rent a new home and purchase the basic necessities we need to live. We need a bed to sleep in, cooking supplies, food, clothing, and the everyday essentials that most people never have to think twice about.

Our situation is especially difficult because my father is unemployed and currently has no source of income. There is no stable income in our household and no one we can turn to for financial help. We are simply trying to figure out how we will afford our next meal, our next month's rent, and the basic things we need to survive.

My little brother also needs to return to school. We need to help enroll him and provide the essentials he needs — a school uniform, shoes, school supplies, and everything necessary for him to continue his education despite everything our family has been through.

We are not asking for a luxury life. We are asking for the chance to have a roof over our heads and the basic necessities to begin again.

Without help, we genuinely do not know where we will live. We are terrified of reaching a point where we have nowhere to sleep and nowhere to go.

Every donation, no matter how small, will make a real difference. $5, $10, or $20 may seem small, but when many people come together, those small amounts can help us pay rent, buy a bed, put food on our table, and send my little brother back to school.
