Sahar Dbouk and Sarah Awally – the founders of the Super Girls’ Football Team – have been two assets for the Lebanese National Team for many years and were members of several football clubs in Beirut such as Al Sadaka Club and Al Ansar Club. Super Girls’ Football Team was then founded as the first girls’ football team in a community that has always considered that football is not a game meant for girls.
