My name is Mohamed Abdi Adam, and I am the uncle of Muno Farah Abshir, a 1-year-old baby girl from Somalia who was born with a serious heart defect.
Doctors have confirmed that she needs life-saving heart surgery in Italy, which costs about $60,000 USD.
