Labora Foundation, within the framework of the "Job Reallocation for Displaced Christians: "Empower and Support for a Hopeful Future and Meaningful Livelihood" project, is working to provide temporary or permanent job opportunities for individuals displaced from war-affected villages, especially for youth and heads of households.

The importance of this project lies in its support for displaced persons to continue and remain resilient amidst the difficult and precarious conditions facing the country. This includes assisting students in integrating into schools in their current areas of residence and training young people in available jobs to strengthen their financial stability through training and employment. This is particularly crucial given the expectations that they may not be able to return to their towns and villages in the near future. Amid the increasing challenges posed by prolonged displacement, the assistance provided by various organizations alone will not suffice.
