How payments and transfers work:
Contributions are processed securely through Fundahope. We request transfers of funds, usually monthly, after the platform’s verification and standard checks. In Lebanon, we may collect via BoB Finance branches when appropriate to reduce bank receiving fees. Recurring support can be canceled by the supporter at any time in their Fundahope profile.

آلية الدفع والتحويل
تعالج المساهمات عبر Fundahope بشكل آمن. نطلب تحويل الأموال عادة شهرياً بعد التحقق والإجراءات المعتادة. في لبنان قد نستلم عبر فروع BoB Finance عندما يكون ذلك أنسب لتخفيف رسوم استقبال التحويلات المصرفية. يمكن إيقاف الدعم المتكرر في أي وقت من ملف المستخدم على Fundahope.


Fees:
Fundahope’s platform fee is 5%. The payment gateway is 0.15 USD + 3.5% per contribution. Any bank transfer fees are borne by the organizer.

الرسوم:
رسوم المنصة 5% ورسوم بوابة الدفع 0.15 دولار إضافة إلى 3.5% لكل مساهمة. أي رسوم مصرفية أو رسوم تسليم نقدي يتحملها المنظم.


Tax and receipts:
At this time, contributions are not issued as charitable tax receipts through this page. Fundahope notes that tax deductibility depends on the recipient’s status and your jurisdiction. Please consult a tax advisor.
