Anas Ahmed Al Amarin Created this campaign
Please take a moment to read a short version of my very long story, and God willing, you make a donation, and share it with your friends and relatives.
At the beginning of October 2023, I was the middle of five siblings. On October 28, Israel took my eldest brother (Muhammad, 29) hostage and illegally imprisoned him. On November 16, 2023, there was a massacre at the school where me and my family had been sheltering, after our home was destroyed on the third day of this increase in genocidal violence.
A few weeks after my parents lost their eldest son, with no idea of his fate, the massacre at the school lead to the martyrdom of my 24-year-old brother Abdulrahman. He was a Hafiz of the Quran, who had just graduated with his degree in computer engineering. AbdulRahman was the top of his graduating class at the Islamic University of Gaza. This inspired Anas to pursue studying IT.
Anas, who was 19 at the time of the bombing, was now the eldest son. He had lost his two older brothers within a few weeks. Anas almost bled to death for three days. He was in and out of consciousness before his parents found him.
He had to undergo several surgeries to amputate his left arm, with no anaesthetic, no pain meds. The first surgery was over a year ago, but because of the ongoing settler violence in Gaza, he has been unable to get a prosthetic arm.
Anas is supposed to be the breadwinner of his family, how can he do that without a prosthetic arm! This campaign is currently supporting Anas, his mother and his two younger brothers
