Muhammad's condition is rapidly deteriorating. He now suffers from daily epileptic seizures, severe panic attacks, and frequent loss of consciousness that causes him to lose consciousness at any moment.
At this moment, we do not have enough money for medicines, treatment or even basic living needs. Despite spreading this campaign widely and communicating with many people, no help has reached us. Even Muhammad is unemployed because he is at risk of collapsing or losing consciousness at any moment, which makes work impossible. His mother is also sick, and the family is struggling to pay rent, bills, food and medical needs.
We live day by day in extreme poverty, hoping that someone will see this and care. Muhammad is the pillar of his family, and his loss will be heartbreaking for everyone who loves him.

To everyone reading this,
His name is Mohammed, he's 33 years old, and writing these words is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
For years he suffered in silence, trying to hide his pain and pretend that he was strong enough to handle everything on his own. But today he can no longer bear this burden alone.
