Help Me Fight Multiple Sclerosis and Access My Treatment

My name is [Saad fajloun]. I am a 36-year-old father for 2 child from Lebanon, and I am reaching out with hope during one of the most difficult battles of my life.

I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a chronic neurological disease that has caused me repeated neurological symptoms and attacks, affecting my daily life and my ability to live and work normally.

My doctor initially started me on Tysabri (natalizumab). Unfortunately, I have not responded well enough to this treatment, and my JCV (John Cunningham virus) level is elevated. Because of the increased risk associated with continuing Tysabri in my situation, I cannot safely continue this treatment.

After evaluating my condition, my neurologist recommended Mavenclad (cladribine) as the most suitable treatment for me. I have been prescribed 10 doses.

According to the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health's medication platform, the price is approximately 200 million Lebanese pounds per dose, making the total cost of the 10 prescribed doses approximately 2 billion Lebanese pounds that equal 22000 dollar.

For my family, this is an overwhelming amount of money, especially under the difficult economic circumstances in Lebanon. Unfortunately, I cannot afford this treatment on my own.

I am asking for your help to give me a chance to continue my treatment and fight this disease.
