This is Katende Vicent Karls from Uganda . I am here by sending my sincere request to every one as am raising funds to facilitate my auntis neuro surgery process which is scheduled in a short period of time and for this matter I kindly request you to support save the life our AUNT Namusoke . This started as a small headeache which went on persisting and we were sent to CT scan which later told us that she had brain obsess. and this situaton requires quick action in order to save life
