Today, I’m responsible for 140 cats and 68 dogs, many with disabilities, medical conditions, or nowhere else to go.
Four years ago, our shelter started with just 18 cats. Today, 140 cats share four rooms. We’ve reached our limit, and I’ve had to stop rescuing—not because there aren’t animals who need us, but because we simply have no more space.
They deserve better.
We dream of building a permanent sanctuary in Lebanon: land where our cats can feel grass beneath their paws, our dogs can run freely, and animals with special needs can receive the care they deserve.
Our goal is $500,000 to buy the land and build a permanent home for our animals.
$150,000–$200,000 will go toward the land, with at least $100,000 for each sanctuary—one for cats and one for dogs.
The rest will cover fencing, utilities, ventilation, outdoor spaces, catios, and everything needed to make it safe and sustainable.
And we want you to be part of every step from finding the land to the day our animals finally walk into their new home.
This isn’t just about building a shelter. It’s about never having to say, “We don’t have room,” again.
Follow, share, donate if you can, and help us turn this dream into their home. ❤️
